Hosts have the choice between two cancellation policies for your Experiences:

1. Guests can cancel until 7 days before the Experience start time for a full refund, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time.
   
2. Guests can cancel until 24 hours before the Experience start time for a full refund.

The Major Disruptive Events Policy overrides the chosen cancellation policy for your Experience. If your guest cancels due to a Major Disruptive Event, you won’t get a payout for that booking.
