My mum and I will host you in Order to teach you how to make Moroccan mint tea and how to cook delicious Morrocan food such as Tajine or Couscous and eating this after. while this adventure we will enjoy together by exchanging the cultures and letting you attempting our traditional Moroccan clothes as the famous Moroccan CAFTAN , Takchita , Jellaba and more... Early Morning Walk in the heart of Casablanca
We will have a peaceful morning walk in the center of Casablanca and at the same time learn about the history and the real life of the casawi people . During our walk, I will take the most beautiful pictures of you . At first, we will meet near the Arab league park at 8 am .This is a very green and relaxing park right in the center of Casablanca. Second, we will visit the Mohamed 5 square where you can see French Architecture and one of the most important institutions in Morocco. Third, we will stop at the United nations square (the heart of casablanca) next to the Old Medina. We will have our breakfast (included in the price) there. Fourth,we will discover the Old medina with its history, narrow beautiful streets and traditional products. Finally , we will go see one of the most famous and beautiful mosques ,the Hassan 2 mosque.

In this tour we will meet at the Mosque Hassan II which is the main monument of Casablanca. In the tour there we will enjoy the historical facts about the mosque and we will learn about the artistic craft that took them 7 years to craft it. At the same time, we will take few portraits of you inside for memory. After our tour inside finishes, we will go out the mosque and we will admire the architecture outside as we take beautiful pictures of it and of you as well. After the mosque we will head to the new Medina of Casablanca Quarter Habous. It was built in 1930s to solve a housing crisis in the city. It is knows for craft artisans and Olives Gallery there, as well as the royal palace which is a must see there. Then we will be wandering the French Islamic architecture style there. It is a beautiful place to walk through the valleys there and take nice photographs there. Last but not least, we will explore other iconic areas of Casablanca that are hidden gems of the city to capture more live moments.

We start up our tour in the morning with a traditional breakfast at a local spot to craft our local experience. Then our walking tour starts together with Mohammed V Square "Pigeons Square" that forms the central hub of Casablanca’s new town and is home to some of the most striking architecture in the city. Along with the neighboring United Nations Square. It’s a large palm-tree lined public square represents the place where the old and new town meet. Followed by a relaxed walk through the Medina (old town) of Casablanca. Dip into the daily life of the locals and travel back in time while rambling through the narrow streets. Surfer sur les traces des pirates
Rendez-vous sur la plage des oudayas, devant le restaurant " Borjeddar" . Nous ferons connaissance tout en nous dirigeant vers le club de surf, qui se situe à quelques mètres. Ensuite, je vous présenterai le spot sur lequel vous allez surfer avec moi et vous découvrirez notre club. Puis, vous enfilerez une combinaison. Vous pourrez laisser vos vêtements et affaires personnelles dans un endroit sécurisé. Ensuite, je vous fournirai une planche qui correspond à votre niveau. Ca y est? Vous êtes prêts? Le cours commencera par un echauffement sur le sable avant d'aborder la partie théorique : gestion du matériel, démonstration des techniques pour ramer et se lever sur la planche, consignes de sécurité. Étape suivante : L'OCEAN ! Nous commencerons en eau peu profonde en mettant en œuvre ce que vous avez appris sur le sable, pour vivre l'action jusqu'à ce que vous soyez à l'aise et que vous ayez prouvé que vous êtes prêt à progresser dans des eaux plus profondes. A moi d'évaluer votre aisance dans l'eau et d' adapter ma séance en vous accompagnant dans les vagues. Après la séance, vous pourrez vous doucher sur place à l'eau claire. 4 Days Desert Tours from Casablanca
DAY 1: CASABLANCA – MEKNES - FES Today we pick up you in Casablanca and we start our private tour driving to Fes with a guided tour of capital Rabat and also Meknes. We make short stops to visit the Roman ruins in Volubilis and then on to Fes where we’ll arrive in the evening. Overnight in a traditional Moroccan riad/hotel with dinner. DAY 2: FES – AZROU – MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – MERZOUGA Today we explore Fes city including the Jewish Quarter (the Mellah) and the Royal Palace (yard), which is the biggest one in the country. Then we’ll leave Fes travelling towards Ifrane, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco”. During this journey you’ll see glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas Mountains. Stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest, the largest in Morocco, where you may well see Barbarian apes. Lunch will be in Midelt in a traditional Moroccan restaurant , then afterwards we’ll travel through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass and along the magnificent Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock and along the spectacular Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way. We’ll drive through welcoming Berber villages to Erfoud and then Rissani, before arriving to Merzouga. We enjoy camel ride guided by an experienced camel man. This camel ride takes about 1 hour to arrive to the camp-where you will spend the night- in the middle of the highest sand dunes to enjoy the sunset and watch stars . the dinner will be served at the camp. DAY 3: MERZOUGA DESERT – TODGHA GORGE – DADES VALLEY Today in the morning we watch a beautiful desert sunrise, walk over the sand dunes and admire the amazing landscape of the Sahara Desert. After breakfast we go through the palm groves to Rissani, to visit the marketplace (open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays), and continue to Erfoud to visit the manufactures of fossilized marble. We will reach the Todgha Gorge, the highest narrowest canyon in Morocco. Lunch and walk through the Gorge to appreciate the wonderful landscape. In the afternoon we head towards the Dades Valley and spend the night in Boumalne Dades. DAY 4: DADES VALLEY - ROSE VALLEY – SKOURA – MARRAKECH After breakfast we explore Dades Valley. Later on, we drive towards the Valley of Roses driving through the palm groves of Skoura and the “One Thousand Kasbahs” road, where you can appreciate 17th-century kasbahs. We will have lunch in Ouarzazate and, if you are interested, we can visit the cinema studios and the cinema museum. We will arrive in Marrakech in the evening and transfer you to the hotel. Tagine cookery class
1st- At 10 am we will meet and the first thing we will do is head to the local market to pick the freshest ingredients (meat or chicken, spices, vegetables & fruits). 2nd- Then we will head to my place. 3rd- By 11:00 am as soon as we get to the kitchen we are getting down to business. I will teach you step by step how to prepare your meals from scratch. 4th- Around 13:00 pm your dishes will be ready and we will sit down and enjoy the magic you guys created and wash it down with a good glass of Moroccan mint tea. Lastly- we will all walk away with awesome memories and a experience that will last us a lifetime.
Moroccan cooking class with a local family
welcome to my cooking masterclass. You will live the experience to cook different Moroccan dishes wich you will show off to friends and family on a later stage. In my cooking class you will learn how to make popular Moroccan dishes and have the opportunity to ask local questions about Moroccan life. First, we will meet at my home, you will choose the meal to learn (Tagine, Couscous, Rfissa, Pastilla ...) then we will go to the souk ( market that local people use on a daily basis) to buy our ingredients to prepare the meal. we will return home to start the cooking class, you will discover the secret tips and skills of our traditional cuisine. I will teach you how to make Moroccan tea too. All the steps will be done by yourself then we will eat the meal in a joyful and familial atmosphere.

This gorgeous square is the administrative centre of the city and was built under the French protectorate. > From the square, we will take a turn into the Boulevard Rachdi, to have a closer look at the fantastic looking Sacre Coueur church. The church was designed by French architect Paul Tournon in Neo-Gothic style in 1930. From 1956, the church has no religious function anymore, but is used as a cultural centre open to visitors. >Followed by a relaxed walk through the Medina (old town) of Casablanca. Cooking Class by Traditional Moroccan Lady
You are welcome all the time ! After meeting and getting to know each other. Then we'll go to local market to buy fresh ingredients and then to house because this is not a demonstration, but a fun cooking class where you can cut, slice , chop, and spice up. Casablanca is a city bursting with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Cooking and eating with locals is fun and exciting. This experience is simply a cultural exchange over a meal! It’s for those who really want to get to know the world and the people living in it. You will learn how to cook authentic local dishes (famous Tagine) and also how to make Moroccan Mint tea with fresh mint, you will experience every part of the food preparation process ! Back in the kitchen, you’ll experience the warm hospitality at the heart of Moroccan cuisine that is the essence of this local culinary experience. You will also gain an understanding of the seasoning that brings out the diversity of Moroccan flavors.
Learn how to prepare a Tajine from scratch
Join me on an Authentic homemade Moroccan food, tea, and local culture ! In this experience, I will be sharing a piece of my ancestor's traditions. Both robust and light, spicy and sweet, rustic and refined, the tagine, with its unique form reflects the soul of Moroccan culture and its inhabitants. What we will do: Shopping for ingredients: This meal can be made with a variety of ingredients, including meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits, spices, and olive oil .. join me in my neighborhood to find the ingredients. Prepping the ingredients: preparing together and sharing my grandmother's recipe for this meal. Cooking: the final l component of this culinary technique is low fire. in the span of an hour, It allows all the ingredients to cook slowly and imparts the dish its distinct flavor. Homemade tea: While the food is cooking on slow heat, we will be having a cup of tea and a chat :) Eating together: using pieces of fresh flatbread to scoop up the dish. the common way of eating.
