I started learning Sado when I was 15 years old. I still learn it, I am even 60 years old.
Learning Sado has no end.
I am teaching how to sado, and what sado is to adults for 10 years.
Why don't you learn about Japanese spirit of hospitality through sado?
It is not difficult. You just greet your guests from bottom your heart through sado.
And you just enjoy having tea.
【About Sado】
In Japan, there is a traditional tea ceremony called sado.
In sado, the master of the ceremony invites guests and serves Japanese traditional tea called matcha.Sado is based on Japanese spirit of hospitality.

Last day of 2019, we experienced omotenashi at its finest through the Japanese tea ceremony experience by airbnb Keiko. My husband and I are fortunate to find a great host with lovely daughters and grandchildren to look after our two kids while we learn the Japanese way of sitting, how to make hot matcha tea and eat home-made sweets in a traditional tatami room setting. They also dressed me in a Yukata for free and gave us origami souvenirs too! What a way to cap off 2019. Thank you to the daughters and grandchildren for taking us to/from subway station. It was a pleasure to meet all of you. An unforgettable New Year's Eve indeed!

- It’s an interesting trail lesson for Japanese matcha. The owner even provided me yukata for free. If you would like to know more about Japanese culture with an expert, I’d love to recommend to you all Ms. KEIKO’s trial lesson. There are guest rooms for renting, you are able to contact Ms. KEIKO directly. If you do speak Japanese would be much better to communicate with the professional. It's the best experience for the rest of my trip this time:) - 台湾から来た観光客です。

Keiko taught me a lot about japanese tea ceremonies. Starting by how to sit, how to pour tea into a cup, how to eat sweets and also about the history of the ceremonies. Since the ceremony is being conducted in a japanese styled room, the atmosphere feels very appropriate. Whenever I didn't understand something or had done something wrong she corrected me in a very nice way. I could always openly ask questions, not only about the tea ceremonies but also about japan in general and have always gotten a very thoughtful answer. I was welcomed in a very lovely manner and immediately felt like a family friend. It was amazing and I recommend it.
