You bake your CROISSANTS and your PAIN AU CHOCOLAT with your apron and all the kitchen implements you need

You won’t be an expert following this class but I recommend this experience to anyone looking for an easy, fun, family-friendly activity

Full process
You bake your own dough :
* DETREMPE : To mix the ingredients
* BEURRAGE : To add the butter
* PATON : Dough
* ABAISSER : To roll out the dough with the rolling pin few times
* TOURRER : To fold the dough

I teach you step by step how to bake the delicious croissants and the pain au chocolat

Take your box with your own creation
Bon Appétit

Really brilliant. Severine was a great host and kept our three kids entertained (7,10 and 12 y/o) Delicious croissants and pain au chocolate. Absolutely stuffed full by the end... Highly recommended, and the views from the terrace were a stunning added extra. Thank you Severine and Niels. We will be trying to make on our own when we get home.

My children (13, 15) enjoyed this event very much. Severine and Niels are very nice persons, all was very good organised (not easy in this Covid-times) and the location was very nice. We can fully recommend this event, was definitely a highlight !!!!

I purchased this experience as a surprise for my significant other and since both of us love croissants 🥐 this was the highlight of our trip to Nice! Severine was so great and did wonderful job showing us the ropes of making such a complicated recipe. She provided all the necessary equipment, was very patient, funny and encouraging. Severine told us the history of Boulanger bakeries and made sure we mingled with other guests while waiting for dough to be ready. We end up leaving with lots of delicious croissants. If you enjoy cooking classes, this one is not to be missed!

Memorable experience thanks to Severine!! She kept us pretty busy in those three hours and it was very informative. Also I didn't expect to take home so many Croissants and Pain au chocolates, so keep that in mind. Recommendation!

We had a wonderful time getting to know how to bake Croissants and petit pains au chocolat ! Séverine was very welcoming, funny and knowledgeable and we can't wait to retry baking the croissants at home! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone in the area who wants to learn how to bake original French croissants in a fun environment!

This experience was the highlight of my trip! Séverine was an incredible host, we shared stories, laughter, and our love for butter hahah! She is very skilled at what she does and has created the perfect system for and incredible activity. Our croissants were delicious and I felt like I walked away with a new friend and wonderful memories! Thank you soooo much Séverine!
