I’m offering waking tour around historic Edmonton. Whyte Avenue, University of Alberta campus and downtown will be the highlights of the tour. The tour will end at the Art Gallery of Alberta. Elk Island Park may also be included depending on the weather. Walk and shop at the Whyte Avenue, the hip destination of Edmonton, continue the tour around the University of Alberta Campus and history (I graduated in 2015), following by a walk in the park and drive around downtown.

I’ve lived in Edmonton since 2005 and watched the city grow and develop. I’ve practiced dance, volunteered at the Edmonton Heritage Festival for 10 years in a row (for a Russian pavilion), graduated from the University of Alberta. I like to rediscover my own city and show you that there is a lot more to see than West Edmonton Mall. The Old Strathcona neighbourhood is charming and easy to walk and find things to do at every weather. It also takes me back to the days when I was a student, and the river valley is a good place for a nature walk.

WOW what a great place to visit ! This experience was so much fun we were able to explore and plan other fun activities to do while we were here . We really got a feel for the area and its history.

Anastasia was very friendly and accommodating. I felt that I learned a lot about the University of Alberta and Edmonton. I could tell that she has lived in the city and knew a lot about it. I enjoyed walking through the white avenue with shops and chilling at a beautiful park. I’m really glad that I did this excursion. I wouldn’t be able to do it myself.
