Inner peace, love, compassion and well-being are your birthrights but only accessible in the present moment.

You habitually move away from the present moment by regretting the past or worrying about the future so we practice the art of mindful living.

DUE TO COVID-19:

- Make sure to follow social distancing guidelines
- Bring anything you need to meditate(blanket, mat, cushion, towel, etc)
- Please use the restroom before our session because most public restroom are CLOSED

SCHEDULE

Part 1: Mindful Hike

We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest, one of San Francisco's best-kept secret locations!

Part 2: Guided Meditation

Once we arrive at our location, we will enjoy a 30-minutes guided meditation session surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax.

Part 3: Open Discussion

We'll end the session with a discussion about meditation.

Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.

This was the first experience I ventured into. It is hard for me to just get out and go. It was nice to meet up with CJ. He’s very personable and calming. The group also had a good vibe. I wasn’t disappointed. I will be looking for more experiences like this one and might even go back. The location is very thoughtful and filled with natural sounds.

CJ was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging with the group and me. He made my partner and me feel welcomed and comfortable. He was a one-of-a-kind meditation guide. He incorporates wisdom throughout the meditation experience. Making you dive into the present moment and allowing yourself to let go and be absorbed by the beautiful green scenery and inner peace. The hike was not an ordinary walk since Cj shares his meditation techniques while walking-a must have experience for those with busy lives. I would highly recommend walking in the outdoors with Cj to anyone looking to unwind, clear the mind, and relax, or even if you are looking for an adventure in the outdoors.

CJ was an excellent mediation and hiking guide. He was very friendly and met up with everyone on time. He was welcoming to people with all levels of experience. The Forrest was beautiful and he led us through several guided meditations. I felt amazing after the session. Highly recommend.

It was such a wonderful and calming experience. A lil hike and then when you start meditating, it’s just so relaxing and the process of letting go and creating a space to enjoy the silence within you. CJ, thank you so much for the wonderful experience. One of the best medication sessions I have had in a long time. Highly recommended!!

this was a great so relaxing I would recommend to bring a mat but not neccessary or cusion for your buttocks or lay on your back to meditate some people brought chairs so dont be shy loved it cj is so full of good healthyvibes a must do when visiting san Francisco
