Your 2hr session will begin with (a) warmup cardio Hit + foot agility ladder drills = 30mins. (B) tennis drills with on court cones =45 mins.
(C) resistance band training = 15mins
(D) cool down stretching & yoga =30 mins

We start off with a rigorous warm up session @ 7pm: this session is designed to increase your heart rate & test your movements & limitations = it’s a quick assessment for me & you to better understand how to structure the rest of your practice session geared towards your fitness level. @7:30pm: We transition from warmup into the tennis drills after a quick hydration & rest. The drills are designed to show every player how to move & attack tennis balls on the rise aggressively for 45mins! FOOTWORK & Core Rotation are Crucial. @8:15pm: we transition from the tennis drills into resistance band training after a quick break & hydration. This training is designed for optimal muscle mechanics during gameplay. At 8:30pm: we flow seamlessly into stretching & yoga to restore & rejuvenate the body from all the numerous exercises. I end every session with an open dialogue for each player to give a question, a comment, and a concern. My Tennis training sessions are focused solely on Implementation & Strategic/Critical Thinking from an Athletic viewpoint = my goal is to help every person access that goal within themselves.
