Hi my name is David and I want to share with you my tricks in molecular gastronomy. It blends physics and chemistry to transform the look and texture of food. The result? New and innovative culinary experiences.

You'll learn how to work with sea weeds source ingredients to make airs, foams, hot and cold gels to transform an ordinary English breakfast in a more sophisticate one. Once you've mastered these, techniques you'll create your own molecular food!

You will get: appetisers, molecular English breakfast including a molecular-dessert and the first glass of wine.

This was a birthday present for my cousin that is interested in experimental cuisine, I could have not have chosen something better! We connected on a personal level and felt like talking to an old friend. The experience was fun and inspiring and David transmits his passion for teaching and cooking in an engaging and interacting way. We left the place with a big smile on our faces, feeling inspired and full of ideas. If you pass by London and you are into food, do not miss the opportunity to meet David! The Molecular English Breakfast class was so much fun! It was just my boyfriend and myself doing the class and David was a wonderful host. He gave lots of information on the background science of what we were creating in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a fun and exciting class for anyone who wants an introduction or wants to learn the basics of molecular gastronomy.David is knowledgeable and passionate about cooking and teaching.If you are in london and looking for something different do not miss this experience.The only thing is,I wish this whole thing was a bit longer than 2.5 hrs.I thoroughly enjoyed it.

My husband and I had a great time at the Molecular Gastronomy class. We appreciated that David didn't cancel the class when there were only the two of us showing up. He provided yummy appetizers and wine to gnosh on. We learned some fun techniques and were able to participate in a hands-on experience. So much fun!!!!

I bought this as a gift for my brother and he and a friend thoroughly enjoyed it. They learnt a lot and David was both a great teacher and host. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in the scientific side of cooking.

Wow, if you’re at all curious about the chemistry behind food, this is a great experience. I thought molecular gastronomy techniques depended on fancy equipment and ridiculous kitchen facilities unknown to the home chef. Turns out it just takes curiosity and a few easy-to-find ingredients. David is a warm and engaging host. Had a great time.
