Reclaim calm in your mind and nourish your body in this affordable, rustic Day retreat at St John's island.

09:00:
Take the 9am Ferry from Marina South Pier. We will meet you at the St John's island Pier at 10am.

10:30: OPENING CIRCLE & SOMATIC VINYASA YOGA:
Experienced Yoga instructor Wenlin will guide you through a Vinyasa yoga practice that incorporates meditation, pranayama and somatic movement therapy to create spaciousness and fluidity in your body and mind. Through connecting with the breath and turning within, explore and find a way to observe fluctuations of the mind. Make peace with yourself.

12:00: BREAK
Explore the island in your free time, swim or relax at the beach or walk to nearby Lazarus island.

13:00: HEALTHY LUNCH & TEA:
Enjoy health lunch prepared specially for you.

14:00: GROWTH PSYCHOLOGY WORKSHOP:
Published author and behavioural researcher Luca will guide you through a behavioural psychology workshop on about feedback loops, Metapractice, how to improve your practice so you can create and sustain Growth in your skills and career. This workshop has been previously held across Europe in Bucharest, Istanbul and Tbilisi.

1520: CLOSING CIRCLE
Short closing meditation, departure on 1550 boat for Marina South Pier.
Other things to note
Yoga mats can be rented at $5, or you can bring your own.
Boat tickets to St John island are not included.
Please bring along a swimsuit and towel if you want to swim! There are toilets/showers.

I am a movement & mindfulness educator and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I am trained in Yoga Anatomy, Yin Yoga, Thai Massage & teach various yoga styles (vinyasa flow, yin, restorative). I am based across Asia & Europe, and teach primarily at YogaUnion, in Italy, Turin's leading yoga studio. Most recently I was invited to teach workshops at Brighton Yoga Festival & Obonjan private island, Croatia. My partner Luca Dell'Anna is a behavioural researcher and published author of 5 books who has led behavioural psychology workshops across Europe.

The retreat will be held on Saint John's Island, previously known as Pulau Sakijang Bendera, is one of the Southern Islands, off the Straits of Singapore. The Mind lecture will be held within the chalet premises, while the yoga class will be held near the beach.
