We will walk less than 1km to the entrance of the nature reserve, where we will introduce ourselves and do a short but sweet warm up sequence.
Then we will walk through the nature reserve for about 3.5 hours, connecting with the elements through guided moving meditations including eye yoga, breath work, somatic movement and sensory exercises at different stages of the walk. We will have time to talk about the interconnectedness of life from a vibrational and yogic perspective and observe the language of plants. Towards the last stage of the route we will practice a yoga sequence to integrate the elements of nature. Then we will share a light all natural snack while we sit in a closing circle and share our experiences during the walk. After this we’ll head back to the entrance. Expect to sharpen your senses, explore natural movements of your human body and feel more connected to life force, uplifted and calmly awake by the end of the experience.

My interest in connecting to nature comes from my dad’s passion for holiday adventures in wilderness and my own journey with flower essences, expressive arts and yoga that has given me a deeper understanding of how nature mirrors and nourishes aspects of ourselves and supports us in recognising our interconnectedness.

I am a certified yoga therapist and yoga instructor in JYOTIM and Harmonic methods. I am also a certified Flower Essence practitioner and Energy healing practitioner as well as being an Actress.

My training in movement technique, breath work, somatic expression, yoga therapy, meditation, flower essences and energy healing allow me to guide you through your own journey to the nature of our heart, guiding different meditations and sharing a part of what I have learned.

Delightful experience connecting with nature and also connecting with Yoga and Yoga principles .I would never have experienced this part of the world without this experience
