We'll meet in the park and start with introductions and a discussion of any medical or physical concerns you may have about practicing yoga. Next, we'll settle ourselves on our mats and turn our focus inward to our breath. After a short warm up, we will practice mindfulness yoga by yoking our breath to our movements in a hatha flow sequence designed to build strength, balance and flexibility while quieting the mind. Finally, we'll spend blissful minutes in quiet cooling asanas before allowing ourselves to drift in peaceful savasana and a meditation on gratefulness.

I'm an avid yogi who loves to share the experience of doing yoga outdoors in nature. I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have taught for 10 (E-RYT200 Certification). My focus is on mindfulness and breathwork as catalysts for deepening your practice and helping you find inner stillness. My style is hatha based, but I like to mix it up.

I'd love to share the beauty of Oak Cliff with you as we practice in Lake Cliff park, 3 minutes from downtown, 1 minute from Bishop Arts District.

Lake Cliff is a 44.5 acre community park, established in 1914. It has a beautiful fountain in the middle of the lake, rose gardens, hiking paths, a children's playground, lovely pavillions, and us!

Wendi is an amazing instructor and assisted some new yogis while keeping everyone engaged and challenged. I loved her stretch assists the most! This park was so easy to find, convenient parking, and I had time to make a stop for a juice close by at Juiceland! Amazing start to a perfect day!!! 🕉🧘💓🌈

This was such a great and relaxing experience! The location was amazing, and so was the instructor, Wendi! She was an excellent guide and mentor for our session! Will definitely book again when we come back through!
