Henry Berg Guest House

The Henry Berg Guesthouse is a 1909 two-story residence, contributing to Camden's National Register Historic District. For more than half a century it was home to Henry and Rose Berg, among the town's most prominent citizens with involvements in banking, oil, business ventures and philanthropy. Originally a Victorian wood frame structure, it was enhanced in the 1930's with stucco cladding accented by quoin design at the corners, and by the addition of luxury sunrooms on both floors.

The Firefly Cottage is a cozy guest cabin set at the back of our wooded 8 acre property. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the slow pace and simple pleasures of living in the country; don’t worry though, we do have great WiFi! Take in the fresh country air on the inviting porch or relax in the screened-in back patio or fenced in back yard while you sip coffee and listen to the birds sing. Feel free to use the fire pit in front of the cabin. There is a bbq grill in backyard.

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.
