You will have complete use of the 3 rooms of my top floor-comprising small furnished lounge with TV, bathroom (bath and shower) and w/c, bedroom with both a double and single bed, large wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, kitchen facilities and dining room, all on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. Property is in a quiet cul de sac which backs onto the Coast to Coast cycle track.

Lovely stone built cottage in eighton banks. Great links to Newcastle city centr. Very cozy rustic feel . Two bedroom. One with king size bed and the other with a single plus pull out for other guest. Sleeps 4 .Lovely views . Country feel but very close to Newcastle. kitchen at the back cooker gas hob .
